PROJECTS
welkam.co.jp redesignVIEW LIVE SITE »
AQ embarked on a redesign of welkam's site and identity to better express their multi-cultural consulting skills, present the physical end-products more attractively, and help potential customers make the first step.
Highlights:
- A Project Planning Kit for potential customers to download, fill in and fax back to welkam to request a quote.
- An online notebook of ideas giving people a look into welkam's brain.
- A standards-compliant platform, ensuring accessibility for visitors with disabilities, and optimal visibility on search engines.
Print Design
To announce the release of Welkam's new website, we made winter holiday cards, complete with a snowball fight between the two founders, Roland and Nik.
We also designed bilingual business cards, using Auto, a typeface not often seen in Japan, to tie together Welkam's visiaul identity.
Identity Redesign
Along with the new website, AQ redesigned Welkam's logo, strengthening its human character and creating a memorable mark to accompany it.
The double-arrow symbol representing Welkam's multicultural approach to projects was a crucial but hidden detail of their previous logo.
In this new version, it was blown up and rendered in 3D to become its own independent mark echoing Welkam's primary activity as space designers.
